No backing
I thought it would have a backing like the smaller ones I ordered. Would be perfect if it had backing. I rarely use it because of this

Tiny
They are small but the main thing I don't like is they are thin and don't stay cold long. . However I do like the cloth backing and I can switch to another one when the cold is gone so I do have to given a somewhat good recommendation. If only they were thicker and lasted longer
