The sound is good even when using one. ...
The sound is good even when using one. However, when using either left or right there then is no control to control the sound volume up (if wearing only L), or control the sound volume down (if wearing only R). What happened to the additional buttons for volume on each ear piece? And the tapping to control next, previous, end call, etc. is annoying because the button on each ear piece is very sensitive and I over do the touch. And I can't remember the number of times to tap to do what I want.
