Healthy tooth routine
2 of 2 found this helpful This toothpaste, in conjunction with blis dental probiotics and regular use of a water flosser has allowed me to gradually improve the condition of my teeth and gums, while removing flouride, and antiseptic bacteria killing mouthwash and tooth products. Very impressed, would recommend to everyone, possibly even better would be to combine this routine with a nHAP mouthwash if available.
