Great watch for a great price.

Good product
4 of 4 found this helpful I take two twice a day and I am having good results. Don't take later in the evening, I did this once and was up for a while. This is not a miracle of quick fix but will help with the appetite.

3 of 3 found this helpful this is a great piece of equipment. Very easy to use and switch from one exercise to another. I would recommend adding 100 extra pound rods to give you more weight to work with.
