the best prepper book out there!
I first saw a copy of this book waaay back in 1982 when I was but a wee teenager. Back then the term survivalist was new to me. Today we call them preppers but back then you never heard about this movement. I never had such a strong attraction to a book before so I bought my copy and never put it down. The first copy was badly worn so now I have three to tide me over. Preppers get a bad name, too many people think youre waiting, praying even, for the end of the world. That's not the case, it is way more likely to save your butt during a blizzard, a power outage, a tornado, a hurricane or a thousand other scenarios..Not the easies book to find but well worth the effort!

A classic movie, a great DVD
2 of 2 found this helpful I've wanted this movie for many years. I was hoping it would be released on Blu-ray but since it looks like that will never happen I just went ahead and bought the standard DVD. It is a fantastic move, director Max Baer (Jethro from The Beverly Hillbillies) does a fantastic job making you feel the characters. If you're like me, wait no longer and buy this movie, you wont be disappointed.
