Huge sound, small price.
1 of 1 found this helpful This little system far exceeded my expectations. They say dynamite comes in small packages and this speaker system is a perfect example. I bought this used for use in my home office. It is hooked up to my laptop and I can honestly say that anything bigger would've been overkill. The Altec Lansing BXR 1221 can be hooked up to anything with a standard earphone jack with an a/c outlet close by as the subwoofer is powered. Boy is it powered! Full range sound is delivered in a space saving design that rivals the big name outfits. I could not have asked for a better system at the more than reasonable price. Anyone looking for a powerful, small speaker system would do well to consider the Altec Lansing BXR1221. I don't believe you'll be disappointed. I sure wasn't!!

Not disappointed
2 of 2 found this helpful Virgin wanted 200.00 but got this one for 60.00 less! Have had this phone for over a month and it has been flawless. I was using an S5 but installed an update and ruined it. Don't know how or why and the Samsung specialist at Best Buy spent over 2 hours trying to fix the problem but couldn't. Now it's a very small 'tablet' for my youngest who isn't complaining. The J7 does almost everything the S5 did and the few things it doesn't do I didn't use anyway. Battery life is average depending on use. It's a little larger than the S5. It takes great photos and video. Outstanding screen quality with very crisp, clear video playback like netflix or youtube. In fact, the only problem that I've encountered is that I couldn't find an otterbox for it. Ended up getting a ZIZO, Mil Cert Bolt Cover case. Was a little skeptical at first but have come to really like it. Comes with a tempered glass cover for the screen and holds the phone quite snugly. I also saved $5 a month by going to this model! It isn't an Edge7 or an iphone 7 so don't expect THAT kind of performance but it wasn't 6 or 7 hundred dollars either. It was a win-win for me and I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this phone's performance for the price.

Pleasantly surprised
Was unsure about buying the 'inexpensive generic' brand batteries but after reading some reviews I went and bought a pack. I have lots of little meters that require this size (LR44) and buying the name brand/s isn't a viable option. I will be buying more of these cause they work and work very well. The price can't be beat for what you get too.
I say, 'go for it'.
