Feature rich and great looking watch
3 of 3 found this helpful The watch has a lot of features including auto calendar (perpetual calendar), 24h stopwatch, count down timer, world time, alarm and more ...
This is a solar radio controlled watch that weights only 46 grams!
Light weight and comfortable to wear, the watch looks great - it has a sporty feel to it with the silicon strap but is also elegant with the metal bezel and textured dial machined to play with the light. The highly polished indices as well as the slightly domed crystal, both add to this effect.
It is accurate even without radio synchronization, sufficiently water resistant for every day activities and easy to read in daylight as well as in the dark - the Neo-Brite lume does a very good job - watch is readable all night.
Now the things that I don't particularly like about it. The main body of the watch is polymer. This is why the watch is so lightweight but it is no G-Shock and the plastic can be broken or damaged relatively easy. Same goes for the crystal - it is organic (acrylic) crystal with no protection that will get scratched very easy. However, acrylic is relatively easy to polish at home, you don't need to send it to a watchmaker/jeweler just for that.
Strap is not easily replaceable.
Overall, this watch is a great deal for the money.

Nice Titanium watch
This is good watch for the money, but you need to know exactly what you are buying:
Pros:
- All titanium (bracelet and case)
- Solar powered
- Radio controlled
- Date display with perpetual calendar
- Power save function
- Lume
- Probably the cheapest watch that combines all of the above.
Cons:
- There is only one motor that is driving the seconds hand. When perpetual calendar is active and when the watch goes from 30th to 1st, the only way to do it is to spin fast the seconds hand which in turn spins the minute hand and the hour hand. It has to do two full revolutions on the dial which can take more than 20 minutes. Imagine what will happen when tha watch recovers from power save and need to go through a whole month. This can damage the movement and consumes a lot of power.
- Radio controlled system can receive only german DCF77
- It has only one time zone setting (gmt +1 or +2 for DST). For usage outside of this time zone there is a manual setting which when activated you lose the perpetual calendar function as there is no way to manually input the year and month.
- Build quality is not the greatest.
- Lume could be better.
- No world time or any other function than showing the time and date.
- Maybe a little too heavy for a titanium watch (weights exactly 100 grams)
- It is pure titanium with no coating so it scratches more easilly than stainless steel
- No saphire, just mineral glass crystal.
Despite the watch has some issues, this doesn't stop me to enjoy it. I use it in a different time zone with a cheap DCF77 time signal emulator that anyone can build.
