Small, lightweight, robust and super-loud
Weighing only a few grams and roughly the length of a standard Yale key (50x20x10mm), this thing makes an impressive racket (enough to make your ears ring) with just a moderate exhale. But don't try too hard as this will reduce the sound output. Small and light enough to keep on a keychain without noticing, loud enough to raise the alert from a significant distance. Add one of these to your everyday carry as soon as you can.

Open ears, sweatproof, secure and light. Ideal for sports.
Light, secure, open and sweatproof.
First up, these are NOT high fidelity headphones in terms of sound quality, so don't expect the same boominating bass you'd get from circumaurals or the in-earpluggy sort.
This is a SPORTS oriented headset and is ideal for my purposes in this respect.
The bone-conduction drivers sit on the cheekbones, leaving ears completely open to the ambient environment. This has the advantage for me of not rendering a percussive hit with each footstep like I get with in-ear and some circumaural headphones will. Also with ear canals fully open, they do not fill up with sweat like used to happen with my in-ear 'phones on hot days.
Sound quality is perfectly adequate for most music, and indeed is ideal for speech. However with ears wide open, sounds from the surroundings come in completely unattenuated so the headphones have more work to do. Turning these up full doesn't so much hurt the ears as make the cheeks tickle. A very odd sensation.
Microphone quality is also very decent with good noise cancellation in noisy environments.
Bluetooth connectivity to a single device is very simple. This headset can be connected to two devices simultaneously but this involves some "multi-point-pairing" gymnastics. Not massively more complicated though.
Battery life is satisfactory so far. I spent a good seven hours listening to music, so I think the rated 6Hr talk time refers to using it as a phone headset where it is transmitting too which will doubtless slurp more battery. So it should be plenty enough for marathon distance on a single charge.
As usual with these ad-hoc reviews, I have only been using the thing for about a week so I can't vouch for its longevity. So far, so good with this though.

Loud, Ugly and Easy to Find.
They're not kidding when they say this thing is loud. It makes a flippin' heinous racket.
Top marks for loudness. Good choice of colour too. Easily spotted in grass or murky water no problem.
A few points which mark it down from perfection though:
It is BIG! Occupying a volume of approx 80x40x22mm (3.0"x1.5"x1.0"). Whilst this has the advantage of making it easy to find, it does mean that it's not something you can readily clip to a strap and forget it's there until you need it.
It is directional. The sound output is blasted out of a square aperture and it is loudest generally in that direction. It is considerably quieter in the backward direction. Although this has the advantage of saving your hearing whilst using the thing, it means you should blast fore and aft in a rescue situation. Also, don't let anything obscure the blast aperture or it will muffle the output.
It has a pea. This pea does give the blast a nicely agressive trill when it's spinning, however if you blast straight out at full puff the pea gets stuck (at least it does on mine) which significantly diminishes the output volume. To avoid this, progressively increase the puff which keeps the pea spinning nicely all the way to full blast.
On the whole, I reckon that this is a decent piece of kit worth the price.
