Sounds good. Not simple to sync.

Works and sounds well. Only complaint is that to sync it with your phone, you need to read the instructions and press a button a on the Braven a couple seconds to sync to phone - it is not automatic. Once synced the first time, it will automatically sync next time. Since I don't carry directions around, I wrote this instruction on the back of the Braven with a pen. Other than that design issue, it works and looks great.

Good and simple VHF

Easy to use. I like the DC charger which allows me to charge via 12VDC cigarette lighter plug on my boat. If you want to recharge using home outlet plug - this won't work.

Good quality and easy to install

I was worried that this new LED mast-head anchor light would not fit into the old bolt holes on the top of my mast where my old light was mounted; however, the holes were an exact match (I could not believe it) and was able to install without drilling new mounting holes. Wires are marked red/black so soldering together with mast head wires was easy. Clear plastic lens part unscrews on/off easily. It appears to be pretty rugged and looks/works good.
