  Work as described after calling for some help. My USB block was no good. Email back and fourth and solved the problem. I believe the cover should have holes where the lights are, or in the instructions telling customers to take ot off so they can see the lights.

  Kinda worked as it should timer adjustment know fell off in transport . Was told to just pop it back on wouldn't have been a big deal but the knob is microscopic and I could barely see it never mind snap it back to where it should have been in the first place great idea but better customer service would have helped!   Works as advertised! Definitely cuts pellet consumption and my biggest reason for purchasing is it lowers my room temperature on mildly cold days from the 80-90's to the upper 60's. Only issue I'm having is finding a setting for my machine. It's more annoying than an issue to be honest. when the device is active the flame starts dying and when the pellets drop it kind of kills it. It'll relight itself but makes a smoke cloud. Would recommend and re-purchase if I needed for another machine
