  Disappointed. Orchestrated, communicated, planned with seller and item was never even shipped by the estimated delivery date. Seller failed answer my message after estimated delivery date. So I requested refund. Seller then did contact me and refunded my purchase price. Really wanted the product, but could not trust seller at this point. Prior experience was good so that is why I left the 'Neutral' rating.
