I was out of town, I notified the buyer I was out of town and would ship it on Monday, which I did. Perhaps buyer didn't realize the post office was closed. Then they questioned the amount of shipping. Postal rates have increased, I have no control over that.

Good little toy
Not a bad starter toy. Easy to insert. Would not recommend sitting on it because of the wide base. Has a strong vibrator motor. Only real complaint is it's too short. Needs to be quite a bit longer to hit the spot.

As advertised
Comfort is exactly right. I was nervous using this but after dealing with constipation issues finally gave it a try. Key is make sure you and it are well lubricated. Goes in easy. Warm water pressure really works. I was amazed at what came out even after going to the bathroom.
