Outstanding Little Scope Worthy of the Tektronix Name
Decent materials, good quality controls, and clear, bright display. Very flexible, with high scan and sample rates that don't diminish when running both channels simultaneously, the way some inexpensive scopes do. Intuitive menu system is easy to learn. The built-in math functions are a real plus, especially the FFT function.

Nice design & sturdy build
Nice design & sturdy build. The storage tray inside the top cover is especially nice and provides a handy spot for storing different spray nozzles, etc.Yes, it's plastic, but whatever kind of plastic Suncast uses holds up much better to the high UV and heat here in the desert.
I have an older Suncast hose reel on one of my hose bibs that has outlasted multiple metal hose reels at other spots around the house. I just bought two of these.to replace two of the metal ones that became unusable in far less time than my old Suncast has been in service.

Best Hose Reel I've Owned
I own two of these, and I hope Suncast never discontinues this model, because it's the perfect size. It's taller than most, because there's a removable tray inside the hinged top cover for storing different hose nozzles, etc. That's a feature I've never seen on any other hose reel at any price. Also, the hose ports are plastic instead of aluminum. It may surprise some, but this is a plus, because the fittings on most hoses are brass, resulting in a chemical reaction that seizes the two together.
Operation is smooth and predictable, and winding is even across the reel. This model comes with cleats to anchor it, but I am not using them. Mine stay put without them, because my hoses are extra long, and I never need to pull the entire hose off the reel. This leaves enough weight on the reel to prevent it from moving around much.
Some people knock the all-plastic construction, but I have other Suncast products around my yard, including an older model hose reel, that are 10+ years old, and they're still holding up well. These two new ones are replacing metal hose reels from another manufacturer that are less than 5 years old, but are now completely unusable.
