The controls are too low, and why only one filter?
3 of 4 found this helpful Not everyone is going to mount it to a wall or have it stacked on top of another appliance. I have mine on the floor, so I have to get on my knees to see the knobs and drying options. The controls should be at the top. Or give the customer two options, same machine with two control knob options, one with the controls at the top and another with the controls at the bottom. Also, it came with one lint filter, that after just 3 weeks of use needs to be replaced. Trying to find them online. Their really thin and flimsy feels like velcro almost. But all and all , I love my dryer. I hope it last a very long time. That's my concern, longevity. I have appliances and electronics I purchased in the 90's that still work, like new almost. Then I have appliances and electronics I purchased within the past 2 to 5 years and they are no longer working, time will tell.
