Best lightener (bleach) out there
2 of 2 found this helpful I've tried them all and this one is the best. It lifts 9 levels - it can be hard on the hair if not careful. I have once used the matching developer which is like a lotion consistency almost but I don't waste $ anymore on it - it's the bleach that does the work. You get a ton of powder. I've used this for roots, bleach baths, bleach/oils/shampoo hair dye removal, and lightly bleaching out semi dye. I've used 10, 20 or 30 w this - never 40. It'd probably turn your hair white in 5 min then just eat through your hair. Doesn't smell bad or poof up in your face. Says to use on scalp w 20 but I've used w 30. Oh and it's blue. This is my 3rd tub of this brand of bleach.
