Fantastic for calls and they don't fall out.
3 of 3 found this helpful I work out of the house and talk on the phone and walk around while I am on the phone. For some reason I was having issues with bluetooth on a set of Jaybird Freedom 2's and didn't like the cord rubbing me when I walk so I thought I would try these. I now have two sets of them. If you have never tried in ear headphones the one thing I can say for certain is that they do not fall out of you ears. Maybe it's just my ears but these fit very snug, not tight and don't move around at all. Where I seem to always be adjusting other headphones I don't ever touch these once they are in. I have two pairs because they won't last all day. For an 8 or 9 hour work day one pair would last about 60% of it. If you could put them on the charger during lunch you could probably make it through the entire work day. These headphones use bluetooth 5 and that fixed the bluetooth issue that I was having on calls with the Jaybird's. Bluetooth 5 is supposed to travel further from your phone and I can get further with these but it's not a drastic distance. The headphones have a pretty nice feature where you can amplify the sounds around you (think hearing aid) so while you listen to music or YouTube you can still hear if someone calls out your name. I don't personally use it because it probably hurts battery time but it's an option on the app. I would only really have two complaints. The first is that they talk to you on occasion. I think that's an option to turn off on the app. (note to self..turn that off) I'm not sure if it's the headphone or my phone causing it but when I'm not talking on the phone or listening to anything (never during a call) about once a day it will say "headphone disconnected" then one second later it will say "connected". My other complaint that on occasion the left headphone will stop communicating with the right. It doesn't happen very often but it's an easy fix... turn them off or just put them in the charger case, close the lid and take them back out and it's always fixed. It's not really a major issue and it doesn't happen often. As far as sound goes... I didn't really buy these for music. I listen to YouTube videos, audio books and talk on the phone more than anything. I think they sound fine and there is an equalizer that definitely works on the app. I'm the wrong person to ask what type of base response or midrange they get... to me, they sound great and I no longer wear or use any other type of headphones. Last thing...dear Jabra, can you please start using USB C for charging. Micro USB is so 2008. Good Luck!

Fit perfectly
Extremely easy to install. For someone who is not a heating and air conditioning person the toughest part was aligning the back of the unit to the air intake on the back. The unit fit perfectly and looked exactly like the original.
