initially the Light did not work, but then they replaced it at no charge.
the battery and charger worked fine, but the pointer did not work. The company has offered to send me a new light at no charge.

An excellent pen with an affordable price.
I think Parker makes a great, smooth writing, and well weighted pen. With refills available, the pen will last for many years.

Great phone, great price that even teenagers like. Buy one as a spare.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great phone at a great price. It is cheaper than buying the insurance from Verizon. I have bought an extra one to use if one of our kids damage their phone, we have one immediately available. If we need to use the spare phone, I will buy another. Even my teenagers think it is a great phone and you can get the bodyglove protective case for it throught ebay also. The flip open with full qwerty keyboard in great for sending text messages.
