Single use at best
They worked ok for a few hours, but by the end of the day they were nearly disintegrated.

Good practice discus.
Low price, free shipping. If you are looking for an instrument that can be used for practice, this one works. Not intended as a competition discus. Useful for any program that uses a 1 kg discus and has a limited budget.
