Good enough, if it's not that cold out
I'm on my third pair and I would call these COOL weather gloves, not cold weather. Below ~20degs my fingers begin to ache. And if I'm on the ATV, I may as well just amputate my throttle thumb. So mostly use these in spring and fall. The hydrahyde seems to be water resistant as advertised, but I've also found the suede doesn't hold up to barbed wire well so water ends up finding plenty of ways in.
I've seen these priced >$30 ...no way. But if you can pick these up in the $20 range, and don't expect too much of them, they're better than bare hands or tearing up more expensive gloves on nasty jobs.
