Always loosing connections
I was referred to get this product from my Dish rep. I bought two of them, and both always loose connection. They are only about 10’ from each other!
It’s so frustrating because they are a great idea to avoid any cables or having to fish wire through your walls, but the cost is way too high for the performance of the product. I even called action tech support, to make sure I had everything hooked up correctly, which I did, and past that it’s made no difference talking to them!
