It has to be hammered multiple times to get a response. They stated (condescendingly) that I did not read the listing correctly. They admitted it was not cost effective to replace the trackpad which means they knew it was defective. The response to this feedback will be deflection. As a reputable seller, I would have offered a partial refund to replace the trackpad ($16.00) and saved my perfect feedback score.
