It came with the original box which was clearly used but the tablet itself was pristine - it could as well have been brand new, and it came with all the accessories a new model would have come with (S Pen, cables etc). The watch arrived mid-morning today, Friday. I bought it on eBay yesterday. As far as I can tell the watch is brand new, even though the seller's webpage described it as refurbished in excellent condition. The Samsung box was sealed. If not new then the watch is certainly in pristine condition. I looked at other offerings, on and off eBay, and the seller's price was the best. This is the first such device I've owned and so far I'm very pleased with it. Setup was straightforward.
