Good product and communication

works for the telephone I needed as it didn't come with it. Usually phone might be powered by the phone equipment but ours isn't set up that way.

Confusion from 3M Co.

Lowes carries this product, 20x30x1, then in the description the have it listed as a 20x30x.025, product is supposed to be strong enough to not need a support frame. This basic one is not 1/4 inch and stiff but soft about 7/8 inch and I couldn't get myself totry it without a frame, once cut I couldnt return, so I returned it. There was a difference in the scu numbers so I ordered it here rather than wait 2 weeks for Lowes to get the .25strong inch item in the store, but when it came they are all the same 1 in (almost] soft item, just couldn't see it being strong enough to resist being sucked into the blower. 3M is at fault for confusing description.
