Missing pages, far from the original

This book produced by the company is falsely advertised, it is missing pages, and is way different than the original. When I bought it I was under the impression from the description it was going to be restored with all of the pages, quote;un quote, "Forgotten Books uses state-of-the-art technology to digitally reconstruct the work, preserving the original format whilst repairing imperfections present in the aged copy. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in our edition. We do, however, repair the vast majority of imperfections successfully; any imperfections that remain are intentionally left to preserve the state of such historical works." This is very inaccurate, if they intentionally left the book this way, because of the original, they need to find another original to copy, missing pages out of a book?
