An excellent dvd for both beginners and intermediate.
This is a very good instructional dvd. I have got quite a few yoga dvds but this is probably the best. Linda is an inspirational teacher and the practice is set in calming and pleasant surrounds. It is also good for all levels of competency because you can take the practice as far as you like or minimise the movements. At present my 84 year old mother has borrowed it and is managing some of the easier positions.

an awesome Cd
A brilliant CD, in excellent condition, a wide variety of tracks, all good, some slow, some up tempo, only a couple of tracks I don't like.
