Works well if you clean properly first

This product works well, BUT you must ensure you clean the surface you are applying it to in order for it to adhere properly. Wash the surface and then clean with isopropyl alcohol (70%) before applying. The reflection from the sun and car lights makes the tape glow nicely. NOTE: The package that arrives does not look like the one shown in the Ebay ad.
