Total precision.
Like just about everything in my Mercedes this is a precise, well built item which will last a very long time and perform flawlessly doing so. Smooth in operation. Easy to install and adjust.
Heavy duty quality throughout, from the tough metal body to the thick rolling blind. It's details like this which impress me about the attention to detail which is Mercedes.

A great fit and sooooo comfortable.
I'm very impressed with these mats. They customize very easily to fit your vehicle and they sit very flat and stay in place, even at the curves. Carpet mats don't conform well to curves and don't stay in place. What I didn't expect was just how much I felt more comfortable than on a carpet surface. You actually feel the difference, especially on a long drive. The mat is actually soft and pliable, much more so than the pictures might look.
My ONLY complaint is that they used staples to attach the brand packaging to the product, putting a few tiny holes in an otherwise perfect product. That doesn't affect the product, unless you were thinking it would contain a spilled drink or something like that. LOL
I'm very happy with this purchase. In fact I'm buying a second set for my other car.

Nice enough product but just a little light weight and off color.
I guess first impressions are important. I thought this would be a thick, heavy duty insert which would ship to me flat and not really bend in half or roll up. It's got a $250 list price afterall.
Well, it arrived rolled up in a long square box. I dumped it on my lawn and it stayed rolled up. So I unrolled it and put it the back of my GL for the weekend to let the heat flatten it out... Which it did. Now I see that it is pretty exactingly molded to follow the contours of the rear cargo space. That is a positive point! And I bet the first liquid which leaks back there I will think it is worth every penny.
But here are the drawbacks. It still feels like a cheap $10 hunk of plastic, even though it is precisely fit. Also, the color in the photo looks much lighter than the color of the item I received. It's not really that close of a match to my factory interior. Again, I expect more from something with a $250 list price.
Bottom line, it's a precision fit product which a bit lightweight for the price tag. I would make a point of telling this to anyone I might suggest this product to.
I wish there were a "not so sure" button for some of the automated questions. I'm not so sure this is a quality product. It doesn't feel like high quality. It doesn't look like high quality. But it sure fits like high quality! It just comes up a little short for a $250 item.
