Worth the money
The unit functions well and is quite bright, having 10 LEDs. However, the area of illumination doesn't quite cover the complete width of my music stand.
But for the money, this is a very good stand light that accepts either regular alkaline batteries (included), or rechargeables (not included) Recharging with my laptop is simple with the included USB cable.

Reliable battery
Because it's an actual Baofeng, the battery fits the radio well. Some aftermarket batteries are close but need filing or grinding to fit properly. It's worth the slight additional cost to buy the Baofeng battery.

Fits well and has a nice sound.
This head is a bit more muffled than I expected but sounds great.
