Cheaply made parts
Cross bars are tubing and very slippery. The plastic and rubber feet are flimsy . The strap will not hold bars from moving side to side. Badly designed.DO NOT BUY!

Works, but....heavy !!!!!
Got my trimmer today and took it for a test drive. After about 10 minutes it started getting heavy to hold even with the strap. Extended is very hard to use and I'm in good physical shape (man). 5 low bushes, 3 tall bushes using the extension and I'm shot. They show a gal use this in their video smiling as she trims tall hedges. No way, probably passed out afterward. It does the job, but at a price of body pain !
