Excellent in all but 1 way....
2 of 2 found this helpful The packaging is a nightmare. Getting the pills out requires a utility knife and patience. But the product is wonderful so it's all worth it.

Still does the trick, but...
1 of 1 found this helpful I used this product a few years ago and was very pleased with it. I stopped for a while when my sleep habits improved. Now that the problems are back, I reordered it. Last time, the only issue I had was falling asleep and these definitely put me to sleep. They still do, except this time, I also have the problem of waking up at 3:30am every morning and can't get back to sleep. So they still put me to sleep, but they don't keep me asleep like they used to.
If you don't have the waking problem, you'll love these.
