Supporting role.
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much, but it does genuinely help. Does not make my legs sweat and you can move it up and down your legs to find your best position.

Exhausting situation.
Looks a bit cheap, which it is but does quiet down my bikes exhaust, which is what was required. Job done. Or so I thought. Been in a couple of rides to work and fell out somewhere, and yes I did tighten up bolt , so now have to get another. This time I will fix in place with bolt and nylon nut, or spring washer. Didn’t fit that well either, but it was cheap, so what do you expect. Look for a different one next time.
