Great movie, but I suspect it is a copy.

This is a great movie, however, I suspect it is a bootleg copy. It did not come with the jacket or any insert papers, even though it was shrink wrap sealed. The movie works fine, I just thought it was a disney original when it said "new and sealed" but I really think the white case, no jacket or disney papers inside points to a copy. Didn't know until the tranaction was all done.

Works well until it quits working!

Works wonderfully until it quits working! We've had ours 6 months, and it just quit one day. Only used it a couple dozen times. FYI! Caution, if you are not buying this oven from an authorized dealer, (of which there are only a handful according to Breville customer service) then Breville will NOT warranty the oven! Even if it breaks down durning the period where the warranty should cover it! So, you will be out of luck or trying to repair it at your own cost (unless you bought some kind of a generic extended warranty). Don't know what the service would be like if Breville did take care of the problem through the warranty. No experience there. We are sorry to have the disappointment in this product for it seemed to have a lot of great reviews.
