eBay great, keyboard not
0 of 1 found this helpful This is the third keyboard I have purchased over the past few years. I bought the first two at the Apple store for the regular price. It worked for about a year, just when the warranty ran out. Because I have no other options for keyboards on my IPad, I had no choice but to buy it again, only this time I checked out eBay and found the same one for a much lower price. So I may not recommend the product but I recommend eBay!!

Great but would upgrade
I like the product but was unaware that you needed to change heads depending on whether you were doing floors or carpets. If I had known this I would have paid the extra money for the V11.
