Entertaining to envolving movie. Loved it
I loved this movie because it reminded me of the "Burbs" from long ago with a big leg up. Bored kid gets interested in his community when forced to stay at home. The ending was excellent and whereas the starting was slow, it was entertaining. I will watch again and again

Western history lesson on life and the railroad
I bought seasons 1-4 a few years ago and read the backs of the cases, wasn’t impressed so I put them on hold. After retiring a year ago they came back up the pile and I said sure, watch and sell. Well I watched and really liked them then realized I was missing the last season. I got a good deal on season 5-1&2 and it finished up perfectly. I recommend the entire series for anyone who likes Westerns. Lotsa drama and twists to keep you interested and wanting more. Definitely worth watching more than once

A "quick" version of the book but if you haven't read it you will like it
After listening to the first 3 books on tape, the movie was a little disappointing. The plot is there and the characters are in the right places but it has some of the details a little thin. Maybe I just missed "Elvis". I know that all details of a book cannot be in a movie and if you have not read or listened to the books on cd or tape, you will like this very well. You will not miss the little ditties that were left out. Very few movies are equal to the books that we have to compare them to. I'm still hoping for them to try "Forever Odd" and see how they can do on the next installment.
