For those who like to chew
1 of 2 found this helpful This stuff is totally non-chemical; just as nature made it. It’s straight off the trees and has a lovely piney flavor. It’s great for me as a diabetic (type 2) because chewing stimulates digestion and keeps me from wanting to eat sweet things.
The larger ones are softer and easier to chew - worth the extra money.

A delicious treat
Pili nuts are very expensive because they have to be hand-picked and processed. I am prepared to pay for this so that handworkers in developing countries are paid properly.

Like all nuts, they are very high in fat and calories but they Also contain health benefits. They’re very good snack for anyone who needs more magnesium and can’t eat many bananas which are another good source
