Good value, lots of power, but don't expect "Hi-Fi" sound
It is astounding what is available today that would only be a dream 10 years ago. This little amp is quite an impressive bargain for a how much power it delivers.
The Good:
-Nice enclosure design
-Control over lows and highs with knobs
-Loads of power, even using a 19v laptop brick
-Bluetooth connects very easily and consistently
The Bad:
-Lots of hiss and crackle (even when using a top of the line 30V PSU)
-Audible distortion even at moderate volume
-Not clear whether there are internal crossovers and what the crossover points are
The bottom line:
This is a great amplifier for a low cost, convenience over quality setup. Think patio speakers / kitchen boombox / workshop speakers.

Great value for a flexible LDAC streamer
If you are an Android user and your main devices support LDAC then the BTA30 offers a simple way to stream CD quality to your hifi or car system.

A utilitarian lens that gives great photos
2 of 2 found this helpful This lens does not have the fit and finish of L glass. It feels quite inexpensive to touch and the hood's fit doesn't have the same satisfying click of more expensive models. The filter size also does not match the majority of the L line. That said, the 100mm 2.8 macro produces superb images, has excellent auto-focus, and comes in at a very reasonable price. If you want to take fantastic macro photos - get this lens. If you want luxury, go with the L.
