Tough Guard review.
New OEM quality. Packaging was a little distressed suggesting that it was on the shelf for some time. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star review. It is possible that Fram only has a small production run sporadically based on product demand. I could not find the filter at any auto parts stores or discount centers.
I have used tough guard filters for many years. The cheaper Fram design is like using a toilet paper roll to filter synthetic oil through an engine with precision fits between the components.
The TG3682 is a perfect fit for the Kohler engine on my 30-yr old Sears lawn tractor (Kohler motor). It is lower in cost with better design & build quality. When the oil is changed at the end of the mowing season, it is still amber in color. I also use Fram tough guards on my John Deere PB14 push mower (Kawasaki engine, 35-yr old) and my Husqvarna Z5424 zero turn (another Kawasaki motor that is 10-yr old). Never disappointed.

Belt review.
Works. (I wish the mower deck was easier to re-install. Like solving a Rubic cube. LOL.) Time will tell if it lasts as long as the previous belt.
