unable to install
2 of 2 found this helpful The software was new. It was sealed and came with a physical disc. (Not a download). The first time I tried to install it, the message from steam was that someone else had already been assigned that ID number. The second and third time I tried to install, I got a message that steam was not avallable and to try later. The problem seems to be with steam.
