Good but there is better
1 of 1 found this helpful I've used KT tape for years. Usually allot of prep work to meet it on. Now with KT Extreme ... so nice. I work in agriculture. Hot sweaty days or rainy. The new extreme lasts. It all depends on how many days and how much you abuse you body. Harvesting can be abusive
