Fits the bill
Product seems to be fine. Installed and operational. Time will tell how much better this preforms than the traditional flapper type vent. Installation had no issues and there are not a lot of instructions the manufacturer can provide.
The only issue was getting the additional parts required. Information not easily found on manufacturer's web site. I installed vent on a 8 inch block wall. I needed a tube to penetrate the wall and connect the vent outside to the hose inside. I ended up using the pipe off a flapper vent. I would have preferred a plastic tube from Lambro Industries that matched the vent material wise.
