Two strikes for Red Pocket.
Red Pocket started failing to connect data two weeks ago, more or less. It was a hassle to get anyone on the phone, and online help had estimated wait times of over 500 minutes. At the last moment I realized I could try to adjust my settings, but instead I cancelled and purchased this new SIM. It still did not work. So without pausing I tried the Ting mobile SIM I purchased at the same time. That worked fine. So two strikes for Red Pocket.
