Great experience

Good but does not work with the software
It seems good to me so far, as i have had many other mices and this seems to be the best. However, thhe mouse kept saying “Device is disconnected” after i applied the changes to the mouse in the software? I tried switching to different USB ports but nothing seems to work. Any help?
