Great product but with a flaw
0 of 2 found this helpful Everything about this 4K Blu-ray player is excellent, except for the firmware update. Would reach 60% of download then would not continue. Tried to download update for two days with no success. Had to contact SONY Support. ON the line with them for three and a half hours. They could not fix the problem. Finally they had me send this player to them for a replacement.
