Used but works perfectly.
The wrist-mounted unit works perfectly every time and seems to be calibrated correctly. I bought the unit used after reviewing the Omron products and seeing they have a good reputation.

Performance as expected.
Good replacements that last fairly long on the "job". Just wear your eye protection.

Problem solved
My garage door and track are 40 years ole. The tune-up kit solved a couple problems with the very worn rollers and made perfect repairs. The door works like new.
