Targus 65W USB-C & USB-A AC Power Adapter For Tablet & Laptop Charger (APA104BT)

Useful USB-C laptop charger

Targus 65W is powering my Lenovo X380 laptop as I write this, it's a nice little charger with a long cord and plenty of juice. I've also used it to charge my phone (Pixel 3) with a USB A to USB C cord plugged into the USB A port on the Targus. That works fine and charges the phone at regular speed. What doesn't work is plugging the Targus USB C cable straight into the Pixel 3. I've been able to do that with other laptop USB C chargers, but it doesn't work with this one.
