Poorly packaged.
1 of 1 found this helpful Came smashed in a box with the other size I bought. Wasn't even wrapped in plastic. The ends were totally unusable. It's no where near as firm as the sheets I'd previously purchased. Not at all happy.

Bad tanks
No matter whether you poke extra holes in the coils, pre soak them whatever they’re only going to last a day or two before they’re burnt. Doesn’t matter what setting the device is or what type of juice....always burnt coil within 2 days.
