Limited uses, but a good value.
I have a couple of other more expensive brand meters, but none of them have the clamp amperage function. For the price it was worth it for just that feature.
Pros:
AC amperage with the clamp
Many other common meter functions
Cheap to buy
Cons:
No DC amperage function - bummer
Included cables are pretty flimsy. Can't imagine they'd last long in constant use.
Included instructions are pretty pathetic for us English users, especially the description of how to use the clamping function.
Not sure if it has an automatic power down function. Couldn't find it in the horrible direction sheet.

Works good if they will eat it.
The first time I gave two of these to my 34 pound dog, as suggested on the package, it seemed to work. She got real drowsy and just chilled out. The next time, she either figured it out, or decided she didn't like the taste. She spat them out. Even covered them with a slice of cheese (her favorite), and she would not eat them. Basically $20 plus down the drain, unless I can fool her again into eating them.

Better than expected.
I bought this as an exhaust fan for the attic of my home in Arizona. I eventually mounted it to pull air out of the garage and into the attic, then out through the gable vents. The quality is good. The thermostat is fairly accurate, and this fan does move a lot of air.
