    Good communication with seller. Shipping problem he worked to resolve issues. Packaging a little chintzy for a 500.00 plus item. I can see why the usps may have misplaced the item.

    Thank you for your purchase. I’m not an eBay high-volume seller, I just sell small quantities. I packaged the item as nicely as I could, and even put, red color “handle with care” labels on the package that I printed on my printer. The package was not lost or misplaced. The USPS Hollywood/Wilcox station has a large volume of mail, and sometimes the processing time takes longer than normal.

Jack Black Moisturizer
It was ok. I didn't really like the smell and it dried a little too fast. It costs too much. If it was cheaper I might get some more. I got it a couple months ago and I still have a full bottle. I got it because I believed the reviews so I thought I'd try it. Its not that bad, it just didn't really live up to my expectations. I didn't feel I was moisturizing my face after putting it on.

Not As Effective As I Hoped
It moisturizes but it didn't get rid of my crepe skin as it claims. To me it smelled like dirt. After showering I used it as directed, once in the day and once at night. The cream comes in a 1.7oz container and it ran out fast. It finished before a month. I bought 2 of them and I think it would be a waste to open the other one. I really hoped it would work better but it didn't. I am a man, maybe its because it works better on women. I wish I could give a better review since I don't like giving bad reviews but eBay asked me to give a review. I tried to click on the yes or no questions but they didn't work. I would ask for my money back but the auction didn't say money back guarantee.
