Lightweight and great features but for the price is not perfect enough for me.
Very well constructed bracket and love the locking mechanism at the pivot joints. However once a flash is attached and in usage at an event, it keeps coming loose where it attaches to the L plate. Also because L plate is only attached to bottom of camera puts too much strain on the attachment point causing it to become loose also. Just too much weight and torque on a single spot.

Disappointed
Off camera cord seemed to be of good design, but didn't function as I needed. Was hoping to use the extra PC port to power a Pocket wizard instead of from the camera itself. Because of the electronics of the Canon 600ex-RT it doesn't allow this -

Good but didn't work
The sound was excellent. However, none of the controls functioned. Could not control volume so if you liked loud volume at all times it was great. Clock features could not be set to the correct time, so that made it useless as a clock and alarm.
