Total junk - Waste of money
Worked great at first, but started getting erratic after using it about 8 times or so, then it failed all together after using it about 10 times or so. It seems either the wires are stiff and break where the cable enters the coil, or maybe pull out from just the mild flexing of the coil as it's moved over the ground. I made the mistake of also buying a CORS Fortune before this problem developed, and it too failed to detect anything after about 15 detector outings. So now I'm out about $300 for the two junk coils. Don't waste your money on these CORS garbage coils. Total rip-off.

Decent but not great
Being in a camping trailer I like these water containers because of their space saving narrow design. They are thick walled and sturdy, so are long lasting.
But on the down side, these water containers are poorly designed with no hand indent on the bottom or second handle, so keeps slipping from your hand while pouring water out of them. Then the air vent does not work well. You have to pull HARD while turning to open it, and is impossible to close completely, so leaks water if it falls over or tips too much while moving them. Also, there is no spigot, so is only good for storing and transferring water to another container that has one. Although I was able to make a spigot on the second try, as it's tricky to find a spigot that will fit inside of the narrow neck, locking nut, flange, and all, then altering the flat top cap and using the washer from the pouring neck.
But after making a spigot I no longer have to deal with the slippery holding while pouring issue, and find the difficult air vent only somewhat annoying. So find these water containers suitable for someone on a tight budget. But if you need a spigot and can afford it, you would be better off buying a container that comes with one.

Avantect 2 works perfectly!
I stay in campgrounds so my dog is always picking up fleas, and since I go hiking most every day, he also gets a lot of ticks. So he always scratches a lot during the warm months from fleas and I am always picking ticks off of him every day as I've tried many of the other "spot" flea/tick control products that don't seem to help much if at all. But Avantect 2 actually WORKS!!! He now rarely scratches or "bites/itches" himself, just a little scratching sometimes when coming back from a walk around the campground, but Avantect 2 kills the fleas off real FAST. And he now seems to get less ticks than I do, so it does seem to repel ticks as claimed. And the few ticks that do bite him actually die. So no more wasting my time and money on the "other" expensive do nothing flea/tick "spot" "control" products, I'm sticking with Avantect 2 to give my dog the flea/tick relief he needs.
